Air Handler with Optimal Electric Heat

These efficient air handlers offer multi-position flexibility and can be installed in upflow, horizontal left-to-right, and downflow (with conversion kit).

The HAGV Series uses an ECM to run the blower. These brushless DC motors with built-in inverters are ultra-high efficiency for lower operating costs. They are also quieter than PSC motors.

Air handlers are ARI matched to our 13 and 14 SEER condensers and heat pumps. The are available in 1-1/2 to 5 ton capacities.

Units are A/C ready with installed coil equipped with R-410A expansion valve, and can be installed with zero clearance to combustible materials.

Power: 208/240V

Look for the Leaf: R-410A is called an environmentally-friendly refrigerant because it does not contribute to the depletion of the earth's vital ozone layer, which provides a protective barrier against the sun's harmful UV rays. Soon all refrigerants used around the world will be replaced by non-ozone depleting refrigerants such as R-410A, which is already in use in many Comfort-Aire models. Look for equipment marked with the leaf, signifying that it's charged with R-410A.
